Since 2002, Stout Solutions has worked with the National Academy of Emergency Dispatch and Priority Dispatch to provide reporting tools and customer education on the use of the ProQA database.

FirstWatch & ProQA

In July of 2004 Priority Dispatch unveiled a version of the ProQA software which included an interface created exclusively for FirstWatch to allow the real-time analysis of ProQA data.  Additionally, this new version included the new SARS and CBRN drop-down questionaires which allow ProQA users to establish enhanced call screening practices to assist in addressing high risk incidents involving SARS or other emerging epidemics and potential chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear exposures.  This new functionality is easily integrated into the FirstWatch system and can be used for conventional trending and sentinel event alerting.
